Looking for the Livingskies Forum? If you were I have some sad news, I have decided to stop running the Saskatchewan Forum mainly because of lack of time. I have many clients projects on the go and several of my own projects that I just don't have enough time for, including this blog, that I would like to post to more often. So in an effort to scale things back a little bit I thought I would remove the forum, that I had no time for, and try to focus on the other projects. Thanks to all who have taken part in the forum and I hope that you will continue to visit and read this blog.

I should have some more updates soon now that I have started using Picaso and Blogger together. It makes it really easy to post photos.

Big Things Update: Parkside and the World's Largest Lily!

Got a chance to stop in at Parkside Saskatchewan and take a snapshot of the World's Largest Lily that they have there. I can't be certain that it is the World's Largest Lily, I only have the sign there as evidence. It is quite large though.

 

North Battleford

I have gotten to do some traveling this summer for work and have been lucky enough to take the camera on occasion. I stopped in North Battleford one day and took some shots of the Bison sculpture that they have there at the tourist information booth. It is pretty amazing really. It is made out of barbed wire. Talk about a hard medium to work with. I also noticed the large RCMP statue and took some photos of that along with the plaque.
