August 31
Well it is August 31 and I realized that I have not had a lot to say this month. It has been a busy month with a few holidays thrown in to break up the month. There was a lot that has happened over August. Here in Rosthern August started with the Rosthern Town Fair on the August long weekend. Always lots of interesting things to take in at the Rosthern Town Fair.
After the town fair there was a chance to take in the Saskatoon Exhibition, the Fringe Festival in Saskatoon, Folkfest and of course holidays. No wonder I never got around to posting anything during the month of August, look at everything I had to do!
These days it is harvest around the province, if the weather ever cooperates and it stops raining, the farmers will be able to get the crops off and into the bins. School is also starting right away and kids are getting ready to go back to classes.
Also, for all the Corner Gas fans out there, looks like Season 2 will be out on DVD and VHS by September 27. So get ready to laugh along with Season 2 of Corner Gas soon. I will have an update when I know more and of course when I get my copy!
